Brushing our teeth is essential. The right brush likewise is important. However there was one thing left out. How stiff should the bristles be. This is open for debate but it appears the middle or not to hard or not to soft is the just right.

As to fluoride, I have to disagree. Since it acts as a neuotoxin, there are better ways to protect our teeth.

There are numerous flaw in the ADA reporting. I have provided evidence as to some of the flawed reportings in the past.

Good health to you.

Brushing your teeth twice a day is an essential dental care. This helps prevent tooth decay and gum disease. The size and shape of your toothbrush should fit the mouth to enable the brush to reach all areas easily. Using a toothpaste containing fluoride is also another tip in dental care for fluoride helps protect your teeth from decay.
