Why Avoid Roundup Ready GMOs to Improve Your Health

You may have heard of the Roundup controversy.

What you probably do not know is that Roundup (glyphosate) and other pesticides end up in the food we eat.

This is from Dr Don Huber, PhD, professor emeritus at Purdue University.

We are just learning that Roundup has an effect on the defensive enzymes in our bodies. These enzymes help keep us healthy.

Also, Roundup reduces a plant’s ability to absorb the vital micronutrients that are essential for our survival.

What can we do to stop this?

Simple.

Stop eating RoundUp ready GMO foods. Boycott them. Avoid them like the plague they will eventually bring upon us.

Good Health to You.

I agree but how do you know if a food is really a GMO or not?

Roundup is used on nearly all the US’s corn, which, if you read a food label, is in just about everything we eat by way of corn syrup. Roundup is also used on just about all the US’s soybeans, which is in just about everything that corn isn’t.

I’m running for the hills and leaving the country as soon as I can, because this is nuts.

Since both corn and soybeans are so prolific as parts of processed foods, the solution is in the raw food diet.

Actually there is 4 things we can do to improve health. Increase water intake, increase raw foods in our diet (at least 50%), increase deep breathing and increase exercise. If you do not have time for the last, at the least start isometric exercisers. Five min of isometric will provide the same as a 20 min work out in a gym.

Of what we eat that is not raw food, the less processed the better.
