Here is another study that is touting the benefits of a diet that boosts your intercellular glutathione.

This is just more on how boosting glutathione can help with over 69 different conditions or diseases.

The 2009 article, Amino acids: Metabolism, Functions, and Nutrition. says that amino acids have…”important functions in both nutrition and health.”

cell signaling molecules
regulators of gene expression
are key precursors for syntheses of hormones
are precursors of low-molecular weight nitrogenous substances

Elevated levels of the by products of these (ammonia, homocysteine, and asymmetric dimethylarginine) are pathogenic factors for neurological disorders and cardiovascular disease).

There is growing recognition that some amino acids are necessary for maintenance, growth, reproduction, and immunity.

Dietary supplementation with one or a mixture of these AA may be beneficial for preventing or treating health problems related to fetal growth restriction, neonatal morbidity and mortality, weaning-associated intestinal dysfunction and wasting syndrome, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, the metabolic syndrome, and infertility.

They also optimize the efficiency of muscle growth, milk production, egg and meat quality and athletic performance. They help preventing excess fat production.

As of mid 2009, there have been no high level, peer reviewed studies that provide guidelines for young athletes.

So, what to do? Use common sense.

One thing you will not find on nutrition and performance. This is one of the essential nutrition tips for young athletes. In addition to boosting strength, there is a need to boost immunity. Boosting glutathione is one of the best ways to do this. Check out the study in the article on the above link.

The best part, boosting glutathione also improves athletic performance.

There are several facets of proper nutrition for Athletes.

Proper nutrition involves what the body is nourished with, when it is nourished, how you nourish, and why. Another lesser considered aspect is what foods to be avoided.

Daily nutritional needs are remarkably similar to non-athletes needs. There are new fads and supplements released weekly. They come complete with the latest scientific studies that say they are the next best thing to do.

One constant truth is that proper nutrition is essential for optimal athletic performance.

When considering what you should take in, also consider what you should be avoiding.

Proper nutrition includes what you take in, when you eat it and what you avoid.

Why Fluoride Should be Avoided looks at the poison in our water.

MSG, BHA are two more toxins we need to avoid.

Incidentally, if your considering boosting your glutathione, it has been shown to be the antidote to many of the toxic substances we take in. Not only that, two studies show an increase in strength and endurance.

I am still working on this. Want the information sooner, just contact me through GlutathioneDiseaseCure.com

Good health to you.
