Swine Flu Survival Kit: What You Do Not Want in the Kit!

Wednesday, August 5th, 2009

I know this it contrary to every list of things you should have in your swine flu survival kit. But there are sound reasons why there is one thing you would not want in your kit. Not only that, reasons why you would want to avoid it.

It all has to do with boosting your glutathione, the one thing shown to prevent the symptoms and reduce the severity of the flu.

It is still a work in progress. Check it out at Swine Flu Survival Kit: What to Avoid

It all has to do with the measures you can take to boost your glutathione.

Pleas come back and tell me your opinion. Thanks

Sun Light, Sun Bright, Boost Your Glutathione Tonight

Saturday, August 1st, 2009

The bright sunlight will boost your glutathione. Yes, a cheap way to boost your GSH is getting sunlight which produces vitamin D (actually a hormone).

Vitamin D has long been known to help with mental health and well being.

What is little known is that vitamin D has neuroprotective, immunomodulatory, neuroimmune benefits.

This means sunshine can

  • protect the neurons in your brain (where Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s destroys our brain.)
  • increase the production of glutathione
  • help neurons become immune to attack from toxins, bacteria and viruses
  • induce glioma cell death.
  • help your body eliminate mercury
  • New clues about vitamin D functions in the nervous system is an old study but still relevant to our present needs.

So this got me to thinking. Looking at a somewhat old map, the question was, what are the confounding factors that would cause high and low incidence of cancer in relation to the sun exposure.

A special note to Vicki and Splash, Glioma, sunlight and GSH can only help.

    Good health to you.

Note: this is a hypothesis and not science backed.

The North East which has a predominant indoor, high population per square mile, higher exposure to pollutants has some of the highest breast cancer rates. Even guys get it. One doctor I worked for, an oncologist got it. He was rarely outside.

What about sunny California. California has air pollution concerns. More air pollution, less sun light.

This got me to wondering about Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico. Higher Altitude, more sunlight.

Across the south in general, more sun light in general.

Go to the Breast Cancer Map and check it out.

Are blood Transfusions Safe? Not According to Study that says They Are!

    Friday, July 31st, 2009

They are not safe according to the study that a doctor uses to say they are.

Here is what doctor I.N.U. MD, FWACS, FICS said in a post over at NoBlood.org regarding the study claiming “Moderate Exposure to Allogeneic Blood Products Is Not Associated with Reduced Long-term Survival after Surgery for Coronary Artery Disease”

How was the conclusion arrived at?

Table 1 in the article in question clearly shows a relationship between blood transfusion and mortality as follows:

    No transfusion 11% [mortality]

    1-2 units 14% [mortality]

    3-6 units 19% [mortality]

    >6 units 23% [mortality]

The authors’ conclusion that “Moderate Exposure to Allogeneic Blood Products Is Not Associated with Reduced Long-term Survival after Surgery for Coronary Artery Disease” (in the article title) is obviously at variance with their own statistics.

This is also a study in scientific anachronism at the best, double speak at the least. Moderate exposure is associated with reduced long term survival.

    Nathaniel Usoro MD, FWACS, FICS

This is probably a simple doctor error. It is at variance with countless studies that say otherwise. All high level studies say that from any to the more blood you get, the higher the risk of morbidity (getting sick) and mortality (getting dead).

Being on a team that treated over 600 patients with out blood (during my time at a Pennsylvania hospital), not one died. This even though the lowest count was Hgb 2.9.

Now we are finding that boosting intercellular glutathione (GSH) works even better that EPO or Epogen for not only boosting blood counts but improving the immune response.

Boosting GSH has been proven in a few studies to be an economical treatment for H1N1 Swine Flu as well as Bird Flu.

It pays to be an educated consumer.

As one pioneer of medical treatments and surgery with out blood transfusions once said and this study shows, the blood transfusions you refuse may save your life.

Mercury in Dental Fillings Not Risky? Think Again!

    Wednesday, July 29th, 2009

    MSNBC Reported….
Mercury in dental fillings not risky, officials say
The U.S. government declared that silver dental fillings contain too little mercury to harm the millions of Americans who have had cavities filled with them.

    MSNBC Says…
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration Permissible Exposure Limit Says

    EXPOSURE LIMITS

    * OSHA PEL The current Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) permissible exposure limit (PEL) for mercury vapor is 0.1 milligram per cubic meter (mg/m(3)) of air as a ceiling limit. A worker’s exposure to mercury vapor shall at no time exceed this ceiling level.

    * NIOSH REL

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) has established a recommended exposure limit (REL) for mercury vapor of 0.05 mg/m(3) as a TWA for up to a 10-hour workday and a 40-hour workweek. NIOSH also assigns a “Skin” notation, which indicates that the cutaneous route of exposure, including mucous membranes and eyes, contributes to overall exposure [NIOSH 1992].

    * Rationale for Limits

The NIOSH limit is based on the risk of central nervous system damage, eye, skin, and respiratory tract irritation [NIOSH 1992].

Enter the machine that measures the Mercury in your mouth after you chew for 10 minutes. It will read way over the acceptable limit. The reason is that it is measuring the air in your mouth (about 1 cup) rather than the air in a room, 1 cubic meter of air.

But wait, if it is in your mouth, are not the mucous membranes the fastest route to the blood next to direct IV. So, if you are getting any exposure, it could be too much.

    I can see it now.
“Hey mom, can I sprinkle a little arsenic on my meat?”
    No honey, it is poisonous
Yea but this is within the safe limits of how much poison I can have according to the Federal Government.
Oh, all right. Go ahead, but do not over do it, you don’t want to get sick now.

    Mercury in the Pee
What about the Urine studies. So many people, so little mercury. True, what mercury we pee may be under safe limits threshold, but here is a question for you. How much mercury do you excrete that is stored in your body? Answer, very little, unless your trying to get it out.

So does lack of mercury in your pee mean you do not have a lot in you?

The body does not like to give it up unless your actively boosting your glutathione, one of the ways we get rid of the mercury stored in our organs.

Oh, and the pink in the sink. Turns out, that is one of the symptoms of mercury toxicity according to OSHA. Your gingivitis and bleeding gum’s may be from the mercury. At least that is one of the symptoms of mercury toxicity according the the above agency. So, the pink in the sink club may just be because of the mercury in your mouth.

What about the fact that mercury is an allergen for some. It results in sinus problems and lichenoid lesions. American Dental Association (ADA) has stated that there are…

fewer than 100 cases of mercury hypersensitivity reported in the medical literature.

Don’t take my word for it. Here, let me quote it…

Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to amalgam?

Only a very small number of people are allergic to amalgam fillings. Fewer than 100 cases have ever been reported. In these rare instances, mercury may trigger an allergic response. Symptoms of amalgam allergy are very similar to a typical skin allergy.
Often patients who are truly allergic to amalgam have a medical or family history of allergies to metals. If there is a confirmed allergy, another restorative material will be used.

No, lets not take any chances here. Check out the actual article.
ADA American Dental Association Oral Health Topics A-Z you can read it for yourself.

    100 huh?

One study in the Netherlands had 60 patients.

Another Czech Study had 35 patients.

See that number and Germany raises by 19

    Add another 19 from Australia

Things that make you go hmmm. If I can in a few minutes find this many, how did they come up with the only 100 in literature they claim. If they made a mistake about this, could they be wrong about other things involving scientific studies?

One study in 1995 alone found almost 100 such cases. In less than 15 minutes I found over 300 reported cases. Not exactly an exhaustive search, considering it was only on PubMed.

Now, there are numerous debates on both sides of this. Having your fillings taken out will not make everyone feel better. If however you are having problems and cannot find any other cause, then this is one thing you can take care of and rule out.

If the ADA is right, you have nothing to lose if you leave the silver in the mouth.

If the ADA is wrong, chances are you will be one of the lucky ones. You will get Alzheimer’s or some other disease of the future and you will not remember.

The irony is that amalgam replacement probably helps only in a fraction of all cases! It is still essential to remove the mercury from the organs that store it within your body.

    More on the controversy.

Learn how to boost your glutathione and get the mercury out!

One parting thought…since it destroys brain cells, maybe that is why some promote amalgam fillings. Their brains are fried.

Good Health to you and yours.

Treatment for HIV: Could It Be This Simple?

    Sunday, July 19th, 2009

Could a treatment for HIV be so simple as what this article below says? Science says yes. Actually the first scientific article proposing this came out over 10 years ago. One of the authors researching this very thing even won a Nobel Prize.

What Is The Best Treatment For HIV ? is the name of the piece.

    It is on immune-health-solutions-for-you.com

Check it out for yourself. You will find it to be another great site on the benefits of boosting our glutathione.

In particular, the piece on the Treatment for Aids you should note. It is well written, covering…

    The medical treatment of HIV

Nutracutical treatment for HIV which is listed in the Physicians Desk Reference.

    What does HIV stand for

What are the causes of HIV

The Great Swine Flu Epidemic: Are there Prophylactics?

    Tuesday, April 28th, 2009

A few years ago the National Institute of Health website, PubMed hosted an abstract on “A nutritional supplement formula for (avian) influenza A infection in humans.”

Note the dates. Note the solution. Want more info…check out The Glutathione Disease Cure.com Site More information will be posted there in the next few days. The same prophylactic support will be found with the swine flu.

Actually in another study, it was found that boosting glutathione with cysteine was an effective way to treat influenza in general. In the abstract, Attenuation of influenza-like symptomatology and improvement of cell-mediated immunity with long-term N-acetylcysteine treatment. it was reported that NAC did not prevent A/H1N1 virus influenza infection but significantly reduced the incidence of clinically apparent disease.

So in simplest terms, boosting your intercellular glutathione could help protect you from the various flu’s. This is because it is the most powerful immunity booster known to man.

A couple of Brazil nuts a day and whey protein isolate to boost your glutathione and you probably will die of something other than Flu, (like maybe, old age) according to the study and very likely, due to similarities, swine flu.

If you want to learn more on how to boost your glutathione, go to The GlutathioneDiseaseCure.com Website

Note: When ever posting something like this I get a flood of e-mail and even phone calls. I really do not mind. However, for those who see marketing potential, well, you may be better than I but go ahead and contact me. I am already an independent distributor of two products that boost intercellular glutathione. I am more interested in speaking and studying the science but putting bread on the table is always fine..

Sudo Gout or Pseudo Gout, Mispelled and Misdiagnosed

    Wednesday, February 25th, 2009

Sudo Gout or Pseudo Gout What ever way you misspell it or spell it, pseudo gout is often misdiagnosed. It may look like gout, feel like gout but is not gout. If not treated, it can be just as bad if not worse.

There is not a lot of research on glutathione and either type of gout. It does appear that it may manage and even be very beneficial. Of course, to find out if glutathione is an underlying essential element to your health, you will need to boost your intercellular glutathione.

    The Many Cures of Water

    Sunday, December 21st, 2008

An often underlying or ulterior cause of disease processes is improper hydration. In other words, we do not have enough water in our body to maintain optimal health.

There are a number of theories that suggest that diseases or conditions like peptic ulcers, asthma, back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, allergies, and lupus can all be treated with just drinking water.

Memory enhancement, boosting our immunity, stress reduction, even expelling the waste from toxic foods we take ingest are all affected by our water intake.

Additionally, there are a number of studies and papers that demonstrate that water will successfully treat these health problems. Here is a secondary cure. If it cures our health then it could also cure our chronic lack of money. Think, if we have better health, less lost work days and have less medical bills, we will have more money.

Before the conspiracy theorists start going off on this, consider this, there is no money to be made in this. If people cannot make any money, they do not have jobs. If they do not have jobs, they cannot keep roofs over their heads.  If they are pharmaceutical company executives, it could even result in them being second and third homeless (as they would eventually not be able to afford their second and third vacation homes).

So they could care less if you drink water. They are only concerned if you buy their medicine. Perhaps they don’t even care if you take it. Just buy it so they can maintain their second and third home. It is capitalism at its finest.

Now, back to the water thing.

We need at least 2 quarts a day. We pee about 1.5 quarts and lose at least 0.5 from breathing. If we are working hard and sweat, exposed to elevated temperatures or are exposed to dry conditions, then the need increases.

Next, we need to take in about half of our body weight in ounces.

So if you weigh 250 pounds, half would be 125 pounds or 125 ounces which would be about one gallon a day.

Don’t go out and start drinking this much if your not used to it. You could get sick.  Too much of anything, even water, is not a good thing. If you drink to much water you could even die.

Develop this into a good habit.

But when should we drink. How does the alkalinity or acidity of the water affect our health? More to come.

    SELECT Flaws
The Rest of the Story About Vitamin E and Selinium

    Saturday, November 1st, 2008

Moving my business offices to a new city a few hours away from our old office has resulted in me leaving go many tasks like posting on this blog.

However this could not be passed up.

The SELECT study on vitamin E and Selenium need to be exposed.

The study, if you heard of it, stated that they do no good and could do harm. This is absolutely true. The form of vitamin E and the dose of selenium used in the study could indeed prove harmful to your health. They should be avoided at all costs.

    What should you do?

The chemically-derived vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol acetate) given at 400 IU per day did have deleterious effects in the SELECT study. What should you conclude? If you see an “l” after the “d” in a vitamin E (see above) then it should be avoided if you read between the lines according to the study.

In this case, this vitamin e is made from coal tar and it has little or no antioxidant properties.

What about selenium that was used in the SELECT study? l-selenomethionine was used at a dose of 200 mcg.

This is the typical dose given to prostate cancer patients, burn patients and numerous others. However, the doctors tend to be divided on the effectiveness of this.

What we know is that selenium is an essential macronutrient. This means it is needed for life and health. This is because it is an essential co-factor in the production of glutathione. Thousands of medical studies show that glutathione plays a major role in fighting cancer.

We also know many dietary and drug interactions could reduce the absorption of the mineral. Reduce the intake and reduce the glutathione formation and increase other complications.

For instance, statins suppress selenium absorption. In the test, this would have had to be accounted for by giving a higher dose.

Since statins damage muscle and nerves, the increased potential diabetes risk could be a side effect of the statin and not the selenium.

So when you hear a study that is not congruent with common knowledge, it may be the result of a flaw.
