We are making a change in our position on supplements.
What if there was a better, less expensive and more effective way to boost your glutathione.
We are exploring this benefit coming from the raw food diet.

In a report from laboratory tests commissioned by Environmental Working Group it was found that of the 10 babies tested, 232 toxic chemicals were found in them.
This means moms had the chemicals and passed them to their babies.
Is it time to kick the chemical habit?
Chemicals in everything from what we put on our heads to what we put our toes into. It could be in the form of sham-poo (after all, real poo is just way too expensive), hair spray and chemical hari kari treatments to color and perm our hair.
It could be soaps and deodorants, and perfumes.
Then the list really gets long with the chemicals in the foods we eat.
Finally, environmental exposures to chemicals.
Just walking down the isle where the pesticides reside at the local box store smells like a chemical factory. No problem though, as people walk through the store, breathing in the toxic chemicals, it gets absorbed and filtered out, helping to reduce the exposure to the rest of us.
We cannot discontinue the exposure to chemicals totally. However we can start.
Is it time to take charge of our health?
Is it time to make a change?
Start by reducing the use of plastic and stop using it for cooking, especially in the microwave.
Good health to you.
On GlutathioneDiseaseCure.com we just posted a piece on Honey Boosting Glutathione
Do you have a comment about this topic. It has not been reviewed by the editors either so if you see anything that does not make sense, please comment so we can fix it.
Any and all comments about the topic are welcome. Of course the spam bot posts will never be posted.
The honey treatment not only boosts glutathione, it also boost blood lab work.

You start your ‘factoid’ with the observation that B3 is “an anti-schizophrenia vitamin” then go on to express the bias that it can be obtained through “B vitamin foods”. You need to do a willed suspension of disbelief and bone up on how much Niacin is required to cure schizophrenia…, which is impossible to get from diet alone, as it is only effective in megadoses not possible to be gotten simply from food (one needs 4 to 6 grams ((4,000 – 6,000 mg) of Niacin per day)…… (italics Ours)
There is a problem with any clinical trial that drug makers have when it comes to mental health issues. It is called excessive placebo response.
The numbers when I was in nursing school was at 50 percent. This means that about half of the people on trials either self improve or improve by taking a sugar pill.
So, yes indeed, simply making a positive dietary improvement in life along with eliminating other deleterious food chemicals like MSG and other neuro-excytotoxins, could indeed improve mental health.
We do not advocate taking mega doses like the posters comment suggests that it would take. A balanced diet following the principles of the raw food diet may work for many. Of course, there are no high level studies on this yet.
Those who have walked this path ahead of us suggest that it does indeed work.
Having dealt with this professionally, I am inclined to believe that there is sufficient anecdotal evidence to warrant further investigation.
Also, B vitamins work synergestically. Getting the necessary nutrients from food is the safest way to heal our bodies.
Besides, since a large number of patients refuse to take their medications because of the way the drugs makes them feel, what could it hurt to eat healthy.
Good mental health to you.
Medical tourism not only will save you money, if you do not have insurance and do not have a lot of money, it may save your life.
Consider a patient turned down by a large teaching hospital because he did not have the $200,000 it would cost for the procedure. No insurance either.
Instead, using the marvels of medical tourism, it was possible to get the same treatment in another country for under $35,000.
This included air fare.
There is much more to be reported on this.
Please come back.
Till then, here are a few links on this.

Glutathione is like the electric charge in a battery. If you use it, you loose it. However, failure to use it means loosing as well. Only you will lose muscle and the glutathione is of no benefit.
Consider this study in Journal of Physiology, December, 2010
The study was looking at something else but it provides a clue to how our bodies use glutathione.
It reminds us of something that is intuitive. If we do not use muscles, we loose them. More importantly, failure to exercise results in oxidative stress. This oxidative stress is not well managed by our glutathione.
While the body made more glutathione, the concentration did not change. Glutathione failed to protect the muscle from atrophy.
This may mean that the best practice of boosting glutathione includes at the least, activity. At the best, at least mild exercise.
Even someone on bed rest can have range of motion movement given to them by nurses or therapy.
You can boost glutathione by a simple diet change to raw foods.
Good health to you.
You may have heard of the Roundup controversy.
What you probably do not know is that Roundup (glyphosate) and other pesticides end up in the food we eat.
This is from Dr Don Huber, PhD, professor emeritus at Purdue University.
We are just learning that Roundup has an effect on the defensive enzymes in our bodies. These enzymes help keep us healthy.
Also, Roundup reduces a plant’s ability to absorb the vital micronutrients that are essential for our survival.
What can we do to stop this?
Simple.
Stop eating RoundUp ready GMO foods. Boycott them. Avoid them like the plague they will eventually bring upon us.
Good Health to You.
Doing some research on PMS, it became apparent that there is not a consensus in either the medical field or the natural health field.
Some recommendations were made from scientific studies that on their own, could cause sever injury if done wrong. One example, following a scientific research suggestion for overdosing on a particular vitamin to treat PMS, if taken outside a doctor controlled administration, could cause neurological damage.
Since this is a work in progress, please share your thoughts.
Please identify which article and what your thoughts are. Thanks much.

Here is a factoid for you…
B3 or Niacin is an anti schizophrenia vitamin. The only thing, where we do not need it, as a supplement, if we take too much it can cause unwanted symptoms. However, and this is exciting, if we need more, we could take 3 times the dose and end up feeling better. Our body takes what it needs.
This of course supports my hypothesis that supplements should only be used as rescue meds and not foods.
So, people having problems with depression would benefit from the B vitamin foods. (We already knew this in the hospital, we give it in shots as if it were candy for the depressed souls) and in particular the B3 with its cofactors, which just happen to come prepackaged in the foods B3 comes with.
It could help with sleep too.
I will be starting to do some research work on this next.
Any comments or thoughts?
I will let you know once it is posted in GlutathioneDiseaseCure.com
It is 2011 and the first BabyBoomer is turning 65. Baby boomers are those born in the post war era when there was a large increase in the number of babies born. Those babies grew up and are now getting old.
In addition to getting old, the babyboomers are also experiencing the challenges of aging and diseases.
There are a number of sites that talk about anti aging. A better choice of words would be aging management.
We cannot stop aging. We can manage our aging and have the best quality of life as we get older.
Imagine this true situation. A doctor gives a referral for a patent to assess if they would qualify for hospice. After the hospice nurse did the assessment, the report to the doctor was that the patient did not qualify for hospice.
There are a number of criteria that need to be met to be admitted to hospice. These include things like loss of function or progression of disease.
The patient even had an excellent memory.
The test for memory was very basic…
What time of day is it?
What day of week is it?
Who is the president?
If these were right, then more difficult questions were asked.
What is the circumference of the earth at the equator?
What is the square root of 1849
And what is the ultimate answer to the ultimate question about life, the universe and everything?
It should be noted that she did not get the last three questions. To be fair, the last 2 were trick questions.
To save you from having to look it up in case you want to know, the answers are…
24, 901.55 miles or 4007.16 kilometers
43
43
I am not sure of the answer to the first three.
If you do not agree, just do a search for yourself.
All of this may not be interesting.
What is interesting was that the patient was 100 years old.
So, how will you age. More importantly, how will you manage your aging.
There are many underlying factors to help us manage our growth into old age. Learn, live and enjoy life.
Some of what we are working on for the new year…
Helping with the underlying economic health of small businesses. This is to help pay for this websites as well as to help the economy. These are micro-sites and they only cost $5 per month for hosting. The cost of building the micro-site is $123 to $140.

and yet another…
