I got spammed with an ad a while back…it said….Shocking Discovery for Joint Pain Relief

It got me to thinking…what if this was an ad for the free, easy and holistic pain relief methods my patients have found works to relieve their pain. What if it was a promotion for the free to almost cheap ways to eliminate pain that are available. Naaa, there would be no profit in it.

I rewrote the ad, changing some of the wording and adding my own commentary about the fallacy of what they were saying.

Free and Cheap Effective Ways to Eliminate Joint Pain

The ad went on to say…

Millions suffer with joint health challenges. Every movement of our body puts pressure on our joints. Over time this use becomes wear and tear that can lead to discomfort, inflammation, and occasionally, more serious issues.

Our joints age over time (yes, how shocking) and like the rest of your body, they require comfort and support. (By the way, did you know that there is going to be a Superman 27, The Movie? With Superman nearing the age of 90, he will have corrective cape and orthopedic leotards.)

For many years, there have been only a few options for those with joint discomfort.

Those with low to moderate joint discomfort have had access to low-end supplements (wait, don’t you, the advertiser also sell the low end supplements?) such as Glucosamine and Chondroitin. But these fail to provide the relief and support that many desire (although previously we told you they were the next best thing since sliced bread).

In the real world, you should know that they work great for some and not others. The Orthopedic Doc I used to work for suggested them for me and they worked great. Look ma, no pain and no surgery.

However, a breakthrough discovery is changing everything. (Yes, what if there was a better way, pray tell?)

Researchers in Cambridge, MA have discovered a new compound of all-natural ingredients that potentially can relieve joint pain, improve mobility, and in may for some, protect the actual joints themselves (just like they said about Glucosamine and Chondroitin when it came out, imagine that). The new proprietary (read: expensive since we own the patent) formula, branded under the trademark (Trade Name Deleted although the insider name is Joint-pain Elimination and Relief Kairos or JERK.)

This Supper Secret Support has ingredients with <del datetime="2011-10-30T18:30:39+00:00">clinical trials</del> anecdotal evidence from thousands of testimonials that indicate it is nothing short of amazing (not a scientific term, their words, not ours).

The spam went on to say…

This stuff will:

Relieve and Comfort Joints

Reduce Inflammation

Reduce Stiffness

Lubricate the Joints

Healthy fluid movement

Protect and Enhance Mobility

It went on with some self serving promotional copy to get you to try it.

What If There Was a Better and Cheaper Way?

What if there was a better way to…

Unlike most joint relievers (that are expensive, ineffective and have side effects) , this will get the results almost immediately.

Not only relieve joint pain, but you will have fewer painful flare-ups by the end of the week.

Feel better by the second week of trying our treatment and you will have increased flexibility, mobility, and even if you have severe joint discomfort, you may start feeling impressive relief.

What if our Joint Pain Relief provided help for almost anyone looking to relieve their joint pain and support long lasting joint health. This formula is available from your nearest ocean or health food store.

What is the secret joint pain reliever we are talking about?

There is one product, several options.

What is the pain relief formula was so affordable, even if it did not work, you would not be out anything?

Introducing our exclusive….

Misery Back Guarantee

Yes, we are so sure this will work for so many that we are offering a 100% misery back guarantee if it does not work for you. It is not for everyone and will not work on everyone. If it does not work for you, below are listed other very inexpensive options we suggest.

Simply, it is unrefined sea salt. Salt helps your joints maintain proper hydration. It is that simple, that cheap.

One, the simplest is putting 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt on your tongue, dissolving it and then drinking 10 to 16 ounces of water. Do this in the AM and at night

The second is eating a raw red beet. Think carrots that bleed on your fingers. Like many treatments, this does not work for everyone. But, at about $4 per month, it is cheap to try and has no side effects, other than helping you become more healthy.

The third way can actually be accomplished a couple of ways.

NAC is also a way to boost your glutathione and eliminate joint pain and improve health in numerous ways.

Bioactive Whey Protein Isolate is the best way to boost your glutathione and eliminate joint pain.

The fourth and best way to eliminate joint pain is to boost your intercellular glutathione with the raw food diet and eliminate toxins. Eat about 50 percent or more of your diet as raw foods, eliminate everything white (no sugar or starch) and drink water with the salt dissolved on your tongue.

These are from the cheapest to the most expensive. Rather than just treating one thing, these help your overall health and wellness.

Good Health to you and yours.

Before I tell you about the pain relieving red beet and how to get the benefit, first let me tell you why I am telling you.

Many of the visitors here know that I have switched my nursing career to that of Holistic Nursing.

I am constantly studying and looking for the foods and food combination’s that help people with various pains.

Why buy medicines or even pay for supplements when you can eat foods that will help you manage or even eliminate pain.

One of the first pain relieving vegetables I discovered is red beets. There are two criteria for them to work.

One you must eat them raw. Do not peel them or cut the skin off. Rather, scrub the skin and then slice, dice or shred. They can be mixed with coleslaw. Even the mayo in the coleslaw will help with the pain management.

One of the keys to working, you have to chew the beets in your mouth. Just juicing the beets may not provide as much benefit. This is because the chemical that the body uses is best absorbed into the blood stream in your mouth, not in your gut.

No, there is no study to show this but in the patents I have worked with, this seems to be one of the factors that makes it work over just juicing and drinking the juice.

Next, I recommend only taking one or two beets a week with a break in between. This has been discussed before and there will be more on why in later posts.

Finally, and this is just emerging…for me, some times the beets do not work and sometimes they do. What is the reason for the difference?

Considering where I bought the beets, it turns out that some are Round Up Ready GMO beets and some were locally grown organic.

The price difference was so little, it did not matter. The effect was dramatic however.

It is important to get organic beets and not GMO beets if you want the full effect. There is increasing evidence that the GMO as well as the Round Up use cause health problems including birth defects.

How well does it work?

Here is a testimonial sent from Whitehall, Pennsylvania from a woman who has arthritis pain and was looking for natural pain relief.

Hello Jonathan,

I am thanking Jehovah for you being a part of my life and introducing me to raw red beets. I have had them in my daily salads for over a month now and a lot of my pains have disappeared.

Regards,

EB

Have they worked for you? Let us know if this or any other natural healing has brought you benefits.

Good Health to you.

Like most doctors and nurses, I taught that people needed to take three doses of calcium in the form of dairy products a day to keep the bone doctor away.

I was wrong. Now another study says the same thing as the Harvard Women’s Study.

Here is one from the Institute of Medicine.

It is called….

Dietary Reference
Intakes for Calcium
and Vitamin D
Read the Brief: Vitamin D and Calcium 2010 Report Brief

It found that if you take to much calcium or too much vitamin D, you are at increased risk for a number of problems.

Think of all the foods that are fortified with vitamin D. If you take a supplement on top of that, you are at risk of overdose.

Think of the foods that are fortified with calcium supplements. Take a supplement and you are at risk.

This is especially true if you get your calcium from supplements. Studies indicate that people who take calcium supplements have an increased risk of heart attacks and kidney stones.

This risk does not exist when the calcium is from raw food such as fruits and vegtables.

First… if you are not eating a calcium rich diet, you need to take supplements. But if you are eating OK, then what should you eat instead of supplements.

What do cows, deer, elk, moose and any other animal eat to have strong bones. Certainly not cows milk. They eat raw foods and you should too.

At least 50 percent of your diet should be raw food and of these, a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. Do this and you should get all the calcium you need.

What about milk? The Harvard Womens Study found that dairy products did not help. Sorry dairy farmers. Hey, I lived on a dairy farm and while the cows were being milked at 4:30 AM, I was slopping the hogs. So I feel for you. But the truth is the truth.

According to doctor Ranit Mishori, colon cleansing is unhealthy and a waste of money.

This is a general review of colon cleansing and colon cleansing danger.

The reason for the above report was because the doctor was seeing patients hospitalized by colon cleansing.

We agree. There are foods that naturally do this for us and are safe. Bran as in bran muffins and raw beets for example tend to clean people out.

Look at the animal kingdom. Do animals cleanse their colons? No, so why would we want to beyond what foods do naturally.

If anyone promotes this, simply ask for the science that it helps. If you are offered any scientific studies, please post them here. I am not aware of any.

Good health to you.

It has to do with how the body recycles blood. Red blood cells have haemoglobin molecules which are made of haeme (iron) and globin (made of amino acids). Blood only has a life expectancy of 100 to 120 days. Once it starts to reach the expiration date, the body recycles it.

In the recycling process the haeme part is broken down into iron and the chemical biliverdin.

During the further processing of the various components of blood, the chemical gets sent to various parts of the body. It may travel from the spleen to the liver, the gall bladder and even the
duodenum.

During this process, some of the chemical is absorbed by the gut to enter the blood stream. Once there, the kidneys filter it out.

When your pee is dark yellow or amber, it is a sign and symptom that you are very dehydrated.

When properly hydrated, your pee should be almost clear. You may not think or even feel that you are thirsty but your body is.

Think about it. Every time we drink water and then eliminate it, we are flushing unneeded chemicals out of our body. When we leave the chemicals in our body, we are inviting other unwanted disease and conditions to take hold of our health and life.

There is one exception for bright yellow pee, the result of when you take B vitamins. But this brings another important point. Since B vitamins go through you so fast, guess what? You are getting very little of them. A better way would be to take the foods that have B vitamins in them.

Why Does Beer Go Through You So Fast?

This is simple. I learned it from a urologist at one of the hospitals where I was a nurse. Beer goes through you so fast because it does not have to stop and change colors.
