Alternative to H1N1 Vaccine: Boosting Your Glutathione

Monday, November 9th, 2009

Aside from the availability of the H1N1 vaccine shots, is the question: Should I take the shot or not?

There are a lot of famous people saying NO, do not do it. One even said you would be stupid to take it.

I have a problem with this. The ulterior reason people take the shot is to maintain their health. For many it is to protect their family, friends and even patients or customers. Protecting your own health so you can be there for your family is an act of love. Nobody has the right to criticize you for this.

There are doctors who claim you should. Dr. Oz is one of those who promote the vaccine. However when questioned, he admitted that his own wife and children would not be receiving the vaccination.

Why all the hoopla about H1N1? It seems that this vaccine contains additional substances that are not normally used in the seasonal flu shot. In some instances, and rarely at that, there have been devastating results. Check out this video:

So, if you choose to take the shot or not is personal. If you promote that someone should not and they follow your advice, then they or a family member get the flu and die, are you willing to live with the consequences?

On the other hand, if you choose to not get the shot, this may not be wise either. That is, if you do nothing else to protect yourself and your family.

The question to ask: What if there was a better way to boost immunity to protect oneself from H1N1.

What if there was a safer way.

What if there was a way with scientific proof that it worked.

Even better, what if the scientific proof predated the current pandemic, ensuring there was not bias or rush to judgment.

If so, check out the studies found on the safer alternative.

If you want an alternative, consider boosting your glutathione.

Neither should be used by organ transplant recipients.

The first is the best and has the most scientific studies, virtually no side effects.

The Best Cysteine and the only one that is safe for the 18 and younger group. This is the one Doctors give their children.

Another Glutathione Boosting Alternative a less expensive version of the above. It is only for adults and does have a few contraindications. Make sure and ask your doctor or pharmacist before ordering this one. This requires taking twice a day as the half life of the supplement is only about 12 hours.

Both, according to the studies, will help.
