A warning that the new swine flu vaccine is linked to the deadly nerve disease, Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) was leaked to British paper, The Mail on Sunday.

The letter references the use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States in 1976.

More people died from the vaccination at that time than from swine flu.
About 500 cases of Guillain-Barre Syndrome resulted from the vaccine.

It was estimated that the vaccine increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times.
The vaccine was withdrawn from the market after ten weeks when the link with Guillain-Barre Syndrome became clear.

In the first swine flu debacle, one in 80,000 people came down with GBS. There were over 40 million Americans who received the vaccine before it was stopped ten weeks later.

On a more encouraging note, boosting your glutathione has been associated with minimizing the effects of swine flu. In the test, it was suggested that it be used to prevent outbreaks.
