Why Women Talk Talk About Improved Sex Life with Glutathione

Sunday, August 23rd, 2009

Years ago we did not talk much about improved sex life, the little blue pill, erectile dysfunction or ED. Well, this is about why women will talk about it when men do not. And to keep the conversations going, there is a link on how and more importantly, why watermelon was found to have the Viagra effect.

Having worked in the health care industry for close to two decades now, I have seen a lot of changes. Things we did not talk about that we do now.

For instance I knew 15 years ago that you get vitamin D from the sun and we all need to get some sun exposure each day. Yet when going back through one of my nursing books, there was not a single reference on vitamin D. Vitamin A was there, vitamin B, C and even E was there but no vitamin D. It was not even there as a hormone. It just did not talk about vitamin D.

Needless to say, neither in the book or in class, was there any talk about glutathione.

Now, not only do we know what glutathione is, we know it helps over 68 different diseases or conditions. One of those conditions is the human intimacy of sex relations.

This is the one condition that, like vitamin D and Glutathione in my nursing books, is not talked about. Well, at least it is not talked about by guys. For some reason, the hard wiring of a mans brain makes it difficult to speak of this. This is even more true should it be an inadequacy that a man is experiencing. They will talk to me about prostates and bowels, but not that other thing. If they do talk, it will usually be to me before the doc (they then get sent back to the doc). It is like the vitamin D used to be. It is known but not spoke about.

There is an exception here. For some reason, women will talk about sex. I have had numerous conversations with wives who will tell me that what I say about boosting glutathione has helped their sex lives. For those new to this, you cannot take glutathione and get the benefit. All you can do is take the building blocks of glutathione. One of the main building blocks we rarely get in our diet is cysteine.

That women would talk about this was curious then it dawned on me. Women have brains that are hard wired to be nurturing and help others. When they are talking to me, it is so that I will tell you, “Hey, it works!”

But, anecdotal evidence is just not enough. So, check out this study on watermelon and improving yours sex life. Of course, it is most likely the cysteine that results in the Viagra effect.

Oh yes, and ever just boosting your glutathione does brings on the same effect.

Good sexual health to you.
